Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 March 2026
By using CyberDoc, you agree to these terms. CyberDoc provides educational cybersecurity health checks — it is not a substitute for a professional security audit or penetration test.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CyberDoc (cyberdoc.cintelis.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
CyberDoc provides:
- GP Check-up: A questionnaire assessing your cybersecurity practices
- Browser Penetration Test: Client-side checks of your browser's security configuration (fingerprinting, WebRTC leaks, headers, cookies, TLS, DNS, ports, credentials)
- Deep Scan: Server-side security assessment of domains you specify (port scanning, TLS analysis, DNS checks, vulnerability scanning, origin exposure detection)
- AI Diagnosis: AI-generated analysis and recommendations based on your results
- Voice Consultation: Real-time AI voice conversation about your results
- PDF Report: Downloadable branded report of your findings
3. Educational Purpose
Important: CyberDoc is an educational and awareness tool. It is not a substitute for a professional cybersecurity audit, penetration test, or compliance assessment. Results should be treated as indicative, not definitive. For critical security decisions, consult a qualified cybersecurity professional.
4. Authorised Use Only
You agree to use CyberDoc only for lawful purposes:
- You will only scan domains and systems that you own or have explicit authorisation to test
- You will not use CyberDoc to scan, probe, or attack systems without authorisation
- You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls
- You will not use the service to collect information about third parties without their consent
- You will provide accurate personal information in the intake form
Unauthorised scanning of systems you do not own may constitute a criminal offence under the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth), specifically Part 10.7 (Computer offences). You accept full responsibility for ensuring you have authorisation to scan any target you specify.
5. Browser Penetration Test Consent
The browser penetration test examines your own browser environment. By clicking "I Consent — Run Scan":
- You acknowledge that CyberDoc will probe your browser's security configuration
- You understand the test checks fingerprinting, WebRTC leaks, local ports, cookies, and other browser features
- You consent to the collection and storage of these results as described in our Privacy Policy
- Your consent is recorded with timestamp and IP address for audit purposes
6. Deep Scan Terms
When using the deep scan feature:
- You warrant that you are authorised to scan the specified target
- Scans are performed from our infrastructure (AWS US East) and may trigger security alerts on the target
- We are not responsible for any disruption, alerts, or consequences arising from scanning a target you specify
- Scan results may include sensitive security information — protect your report accordingly
- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate scans at our discretion
7. Voice Consultation
The voice consultation feature uses AI (xAI/Grok) to discuss your results:
- Voice conversations are processed by third-party AI services (xAI) in the United States
- Transcripts of conversations are stored for your reference (see Privacy Policy)
- AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Voice consultation does not constitute professional cybersecurity advice
- Session costs are borne by us — we reserve the right to limit session duration
8. Accuracy and Limitations
- Results are based on automated checks and may contain false positives or false negatives
- Browser-side checks are limited by what JavaScript can observe in your browser environment
- Server-side scans check common ports and known vulnerabilities — they are not exhaustive
- AI analysis is generated by language models and may contain errors
- Security posture changes over time — results reflect a point-in-time assessment
